Cette approche pédagogique s'appuie sur les travaux de Hermann Ebbinghaus. Il est considéré comme le père de la psychologie expérimentale de l’apprentissage.
La Courbe d’Ebbinghaus est une technique destinée à améliorer la rétention d’informations. Elle consiste à se remémorer une information donnée grâce à des rappels réguliers. Elle part du principe que plus une information est répétée dans le temps, plus elle s’ancre dans notre mémoire.

Distance learning is more efficient for learning. Learners are more easily focused on improving their skills. Access to training is immediate without additional time and transportation costs. And distance learning is the mode most compatible with the hybrid format over a period of several weeks. Over such a 'long' learning time, synchronous times and intersession team work create social bonds. This explains why we mainly chose distance learning as a training method.
Face-to-face training is more efficient when learners need to create team cohesion. It is therefore suitable for internal organizational teams. The ultimate remains the hybrid punctuated by face-to-face workshops. We help training managers and managers find the balance best suited to their needs.

Hybrid is the most efficient for learning. The training courses last from 4 to 6 weeks. A course is made up of several training courses. This makes it possible to anchor learning, unlike the cramming that is training done in 2 or 3 days. They also allow learners to go at their own pace with the asynchronous course (e-learning) while keeping a rhythm with the synchronous times (video and/or workshops) with other learners. Collaborative times support the intrinsic motivation of learners. The method is transmitted asynchronously while synchronous is used for practice and exchange.
Today, teams often work in both modes: face-to-face and remote. Taking training in design, facilitation, coaching or leadership remotely prepares learners to apply their learning in the modes used by their organization. Face-to-face is easier, it tolerates a certain lack of preparation. Distancing is much less tolerant. With our methods and tools, learners are 100% ready for both.

Le présentiel est nécessaire lorsque les apprenants ont besoin de créer une cohésion d'équipe ou créer des liens entre des collaborateurs de services différents. Il est donc adéquat pour des équipes internes à des organisations. Le nec plus ultra reste l'hybride ponctué d'ateliers en présentiel. Nous aidons les responsables de formation et les managers à trouver l'équilibre le plus adapté à leurs besoins.

Un parcours d'apprentissage se constitue de plusieurs formations qui se complètent pour se professionnaliser plus rapidement.
Le prix dépend de votre situation. Plus vous êtes dans une situation précaire, moins vous payez.
Par exemple, quelqu'un en recherche d'emploi va moins payer que un salarié dans une entreprise.
Par ailleurs le prix d'une formation financée avec le CPF correspond au prix payé par un indépendant. Nous voulons maximiser l'accès aux compétences à ceux qui font l'effort de se former sans leur faire payer le prix fort.
Le niveau nécessaire est celui de la maîtrise de base d'un traitement de texte comme Microsoft Word. Nous n'utilisons pas ce logiciel, mais tous nos outils sont tout aussi simples à utiliser. Vous serez accompagné pour monter aussi en compétence sur cet aspect là. Un groupe WhatsApp dédié et un numéro de téléphone dédié vous y aident.
