This product owner training gives you the opportunity to safely pactice in a team setting and, later on, to replicate such sprint with its tools in your work environment.

Coming from an Agile culture, I know how much a "User Centric" or more simply "Human centric" state of mind can bring a lot of value to teams, customers and organizations.
Listening to others in their research, I accompany the teams by helping them to grow in order to better blossom professionally and personally. I also help them by training them on new practices. I pay particular attention in coaching and training to give meaning to what is shared and facilitate learning with games and visuals as often as possible.

He/she has competencies in software development, UX design to interact with his/her teams. He/she has an adaptive leadership. The Scrum Mater helps him/her to run the development sprints. The Agile Team Coach helps the team to become high-performing.
