After an engineering training enriched by 6 years abroad (Canada, Argentina, Tunisia), I worked in a large telecom group as a strategic analyst. From 2017 I apply design thinking in my intra and entrepreneurial projects.

Today, as an expert in gamification, I use these tools and this state of mind on a daily basis, at the service of users and customers. Since the beginning of 2020 I have been training in design thinking and supporting sprints, facilitating the collective intelligence of teams.

Engineer by training enriched by a master's degree in Innovation Management, I was able to evolve for 3 years in different companies as a Product Manager to be closer to the customer. Since 2018 I have been applying design thinking in my intra and entrepreneurial projects.

Today as a facilitator for startups in incubators, I use these tools and this state of mind on a daily basis, to allow entrepreneurs to offer a service/product most suited to their target customers.

Since the beginning of 2021, I have been training in design thinking and supporting sprints, facilitating the collective intelligence of teams.

Colombian/British, with more than 20 years of international professional experience, in the public and private sectors. Specialised in international stakeholder engagement and human rights, I focus on projects related to sustainable development. Coming from an Agile culture, I know how much a "User Centric" or more simply "Human centric" state of mind can bring a lot of value to teams, customers and organizations.

Listening to others in their research, I accompany the teams by helping them to grow in order to better blossom professionally and personally. I also help them by training them on new practices. I pay particular attention in coaching and training to give meaning to what is shared and facilitate learning with games and visuals as often as possible.

"All knowledge begins with feelings".

Philosopher and multicultural, I evolved for 15 years as Senior Talent Manager in a large industrial and international company and acquired strategic and operational expertise in all aspects of talent management.

My conviction is that organizations are alive and developing sustainably when they draw on the talents of everyone and when they bring together in a harmonious, agile and meaningful environment.

I intervene as a consultant and / or as a facilitator with methods centered on transformation by and for humans. Design Thinking is a force for meeting emerging expectations and getting teams on board for the business of tomorrow.

My mission is to support you and together bring out the best of your talent!

Facilitator and specialist in business development, empathizing is second nature.

I place the human and the team at the heart of the dynamic. Understanding the expressed and unexpressed needs of the client/user and then working with the co-creation teams to bring out a value proposition: this is what drives me every day!

16 years of experience in business development within companies of various sizes (SME, large group, ETI, start-up) with as a starting point: a blank page, allowed me to experiment with several business models and to practice on a daily basis an iterative approach, the only guarantee of success.

Bringing out ideas, transmitting and practicing new methods to as many people as possible, that's my credo. If you're looking to learn new skills in a high-energy environment, this is it!‍

Bold and passionate, I discovered Design Thinking in 2019, trained and became a facilitator in 6 months!

Aside from these crazies, since 2017 I have been a Theater Improv trainer (which I have been practicing since 2012) and public speaking. I am also a gamifier (that is to say, creator of fun mechanisms for learning or work situations)

My primary goal: to use my multiple hats to involve people by creating smiles and connections and by motivating potential .‍

Designer, I am an expert in user-centered innovation.

I assist companies in the development of innovative projects and strategies, thanks to a better understanding of their users and their needs, and by co-constructing relevant solutions.

After several years in companies and an entrepreneurial experience in the circular economy, I wanted to share what I learned during the very different projects that I led: properly identify its customers, work in co-design, test and agree to be in a process of continuous improvement, all this taking into account the social and environmental impact of projects.

Today, I train and support companies, particularly through Design Thinking and Design Circular methodologies.

A creative strategist with an overdeveloped empathy entirely dedicated to producing results, Jean-Maxime has earned a reputation as a reliable, experienced and ultra-efficient designer. He has been dedicated to pushing the boundaries of branding and design for over 25 years. Available and attentive, he supports his clients on a daily basis to succeed and distinguish themselves in their respective markets.

Passionate about people and teamwork, my missions revolve around supporting teams and organizations in achieving their goals.

My favorite tools are serious games and facilitation:

- Serious games have the particularity of allowing you to learn and work in a fun atmosphere

- Facilitation tools allow a group to co-construct strategies, make decisions together and thus allow to include the whole group in the work to be done, which induces a strong commitment of the group in the result that is produced.

My listening skills and my empathy are qualities that allow me to carry out the projects. of transformation entrusted to me.

I like to build team projects, motivate, embark and draw the outlines of innovative and creative solutions face to face as well as remotely.

Through Design Thinking I support teams to focus on their customers or users to better design innovative responses. In my role as a facilitator, I am committed to enabling everyone to give the best of themselves.

Coming from the business world, I develop a pragmatic approach aimed at anchoring measurable changes in the profession and activity of the participants.

I am interested in the links between art and management and I like to explore and activate the creativity of the teams I support.‍

Helping people to master their body and their voice by precise but playful techniques, as well as to solve challenges with theatre help is a real passion.
I design & facilitate public speaking & storytelling workshops.
I coach individuals & teams to prepare their pitch, their conference speech, their shareholder meeting.

Enthusiastic about Design Thinking and collaborative methods, I always enjoy transmitting this state of mind and these processes to groups of diverse origins.

My motivation is to lead you to useful discoveries and achievements of which you will be proud. And this with fluidity, pro-activity and a positive spirit!

My past experience in eCommerce, technological innovation and operational management will also help me establish connections with your own challenges.
