He/she has competencies in growth hacking, marketing digital, communication to interact with his/her teams. He/she has an adaptive leadership. The Sprint Facilitator Lead helps him/her to align and onboard all the stakeholders all along the process. The Transformation Catalyst helps the teams to interact together for the common good.[[fr]]Le Product Leader est ultimement responsable avec les différentes teams du développement end to end d’un produit et/ou service. Il/elle a les compétences transverses requises. Il/elle a un leadership adaptif. Il/elle est aidé(e) par le Sprint Facilitator Lead pour aligner et embarquer toutes les parties prenantes tout le long du processus. Il/elle s’appuie sur le Transformation Catalyst pour aider ses équipes à interagir ensemble pour le bien commun.

Coming from an Agile culture, I know how much a "User Centric" or more simply "Human centric" state of mind can bring a lot of value to teams, customers and organizations.
